Visa for Iraqi

it's not new: there is a war in Iraq...it's not new people are suffering and the international community just look Iraq from TV. there is a new diaspora and this time Iraqi are leaving their country because it's to dangerous to remain there.In Syria official sources speak about 1 milion and half iraqi refuges. There is something new: from September 10 Iraqi need a visa to enter in Syria and this is too bad for all the refuges...

this means they have to come back to Baghdad to get the visa and there it's to dangerous and owing of corruption a visa could cost more than 500 $...
Where can Iraqi go? What does international society do? What can we do?
